  • Perimeter fence around the entire settlement
  • Water supply to each plot
  • Transformer stations and panels

Prices

• Until September 2026 125 € per sq.m. excl. VAT
• September 2026 — February 2027 150 € per sq.m. excl. VAT
• From February 2027 175 € per sq.m. excl. VAT

* Payment is according to an individually agreed plan for each phase.
